Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy sets out the terms for cancelling services booked through TheFabKit and explains how refunds are handled.
Cancellation Eligibility & Time-Window
If you wish to cancel a booked service, you must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of the time your booking was confirmed. Only cancellations within that 24-hour window are eligible for a refund.
Full Refund for Timely Cancellations
If your cancellation request is submitted and confirmed within that 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the service.
Refund Process & Credit Timeline
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate the refund immediately to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit and have it reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable After 24 Hours
Important: If the cancellation request is submitted after the 24-hour period has elapsed, the booking is considered final and no refund will be issued. The full amount paid will be forfeited.
Exceptions & Special Conditions
Special cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to force majeure conditions, partially delivered services, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with any special situations.
